First post ever!

Welcome to Blog 1.1! My original blog, which was supposed to catalog my trip to Australia, got changed do to an unfortunate series of events this summer. The point is, now I am going to New Zealand! I have chosen to study at the university of Waikato in Hamilton, NZ on an exchange program- this means one lucky student will be able to come on up to Wilmington, NC and pretend to be me for a semester! Hopefully within the next few days, I can get everything situated on this blog. Until then, I guess you will have to find some other sort of entertainment. I hear hockey is nice, as long as you aren't particularly fond of teeth. Your own, that is.
